On Friday, November 25, 2022, the PC Connect Transit Service will be offering FREE rides all day to help residents shop local this Black Friday! Customers can ride on any PC Connect route, any time on November 25th free of charge. Riders are encouraged to secure their seat in advance through the ‘Blaise Transit’ app, or by calling 1-888-465-0783. Please select “pay on board” when booking through the app for rides on November 25th; drivers will not be collecting fares.

“We are thrilled to be able to offer residents free transportation to support our local businesses and take advantage of upcoming holiday deals.” said Maggie Kerr, Transit Project Coordinator. “We are also celebrating 2 years of PC Connect, and in turn, 2 years of improved quality of life for many of our residents. This promotion not only encourages residents to support local, but also encourages residents to get out and try the service!”

PC Connect launched in November of 2020 and is the result of the Government of Ontario’s Community Transportation Grant Program. Since launch, the service has hosted over 11,500 riders aboard its fleet of 5 buses. PC Connect operates 5 routes Monday to Saturday, serving Perth County, Stratford, St. Marys, Kitchener/Waterloo and London.
